Laura Werner, DVM, MS, DACVS

Dr. Werner obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 1999. She completed an internship at Hagyard, Davidson and McGee Equine Medical Institute located in Lexington, Kentucky in 2000. From there, she went on to The Ohio State University to complete a three-year equine surgical residency at the College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2004, she joined The Equine Center as a staff surgeon. Dr. Werner’s interests lie in equine surgery and joint disease. She enjoys sports cars, mountain biking, riding her horse, Badger, playing with her cat, Jethro James and dog, Dylan. |
